Seamstress of Bloomsbury Summer Dresses
Sirinya Vintage is back from a summer break. But still there is a lot to talk about vintage summer dresses, no? Today I’d like to present you my favourite dresses by The Seamstress of Bloomsbury. I wear these dresses all the time in summer. If I had my way it could be summer all year long!
Recently I’ve got the Lilian Polkadot dress secondhand on Vinted. I am very happy with this purchase and I love this dress. Probably I am a big fan of polkadots because they remind me of Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama and her famous quotes about polkadots.

The 40s Style Peggy Wrap Dress
My most worn dress is definitely the 1940s style Peggy Wrap Dress in Black Floral. I am very happy that I’ve got this dress secondhand on Ebay last year. I feel this wrap dress is just perfect and so versatile.
Isn’t this a wonderful vintage inspired dress for a walk at the harbour of Hamburg? I like the 40s style cut of the dress since it gives a beautiful body shape.
Maybe you remember another great wrap dress I’ve shown you on this blog? It is from a former collection of the Seamstress and I call it the ‘pink green floral print’. I particularly love this dress because of the lightweigth cotton fabric.
I think I like the wrap dresses because of their ‘flexibility’. Since my weigth is fluctuating, these kind of dresses are a good option.
Last but not least, I have to mention the Lisa-Mae dress which was the first vintage reproduction dress I’ve ever got. I love the navy and cream colour combination particularly. Though I must admit that in the meantime this dress has become too large for me. I very much hope I could still get it in a smaller size one day.
Summing up, I can only recommend dresses by The Seamstress of Bloomsbury for summer. I particularly like the Peggy Wrap dress and wish to get some more in the future. What are your favourite dresses for summer? Let me know in the comments below.
